Do I Get A Warranty On My Repair?

Do You Charge A Callout Fee?

In short no we do not. What we do is we charge a diagnostics fee for the time spent to find the fault on your appliance, This covers the time of disconnecting the appliance, taking it out of situe, dismantling the appliance to find the fault then putting it back together and reconnecting it. If you have the work carried out by us then we waiver this fee so the price we quote for the repair is all you would pay, you do not pay the diagnostics fee on top.

How does your repair service work?

Our engineer will call to your home or the location of the faulty appliance and diagnose the problem, we quote you the cost of the repair on site before any work is carried out and if you are happy with the price quoted and the repair can be carried out on site in that visit then that’s all you pay.

Do you offer an appliance installation service?

Yes. We offer installation and recycling of your old appliance. Just give us a call for a free quotation. (some installation and recycling exclusions apply

Do you carry out the repair on site?

Yes we do, However in some rare cases where it is a big and messy job the appliance may need to come into our workshop for the repair to be completed, if this is the case we can offer a loaner rental service (cookers excluded, small deposit required) so that you are not without whilst the repair is taking place. this can only be done at your request so please discuss this with a member of our team when you call to ensure our engineers bring one with them just in case.

What payments do you accept?

We accept cash, card payments or payment via bank transfer. All payments must be made in full on job completion.
