In short no we do not.

What we do is we charge a diagnostics fee for the time spent to find the fault on your appliance, This covers the time of disconnecting the appliance, taking it out of situe, dismantling the appliance to find the fault then putting it back together and reconnecting it. If you have the work carried out by us then we waiver this fee so the price we quote for the repair is all you would pay, you do not pay the diagnostics fee on top.
